🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer item exchanges, as we ship directly from suppliers abroad. However, if there’s a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong size or item sent), we’ll make it right.

What we do instead:

• Offer a partial refund

• Send you a replacement at no cost

• Issue a store voucher for future use

Example:

Ordered a size M, received size S? We’ll either issue a 30% refund or send the correct item, depending on your preference.
